Welcome to my “on-line” studio. I appreciate you taking the time to find out more about me and my experience as a professional photographer.

I hope that you will read through this page so that I can tell you more about myself. Please use the form under “Contact Us” to contact me so that we can set up an appointment, at your convenience, to meet in person and discuss your plans and to see additional examples of my work. Please know that when you choose me to photograph your event, you will be hiring a photographer with over 25 years experience. I have a deep commitment to making sure that you are satisfied with the images of your event. 

Unlike some studios, you will know that I will be the photographer actually photographing the event for you. I work on developing a relationship with you before your event, particularly if I am photographing your wedding. I do not charge by the hour but by the event. I am yours for the length of the job, no matter how long it takes. 


My Goal
My goal is simple, yet important - to provide quality images and excellent service at every event that I photograph.

Loads of Experience
I have been a professional photographer for over 25 years.

My work has been published locally and nationally in newspapers and magazines, web sites, books, and business reports. My work has been seen in many publications and been used by Sporrts Illustrated, ESPN Magazine, Major League Baseball, People Magazine, DownBeat Jazz Magazine, Street and Smith Pro Basketball Magazine, The Pittsburgh Post Gazette, Steeler Digest and many billboards in the Pittsburgh area.

I have photographed literally hundreds of weddings over the past 25 years including those all around the Pittsburgh area, the United States, and even in Ireland.

I am a professional photographer for the University of Pittsburgh and the assistant to the team photographer for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

I have photographed three Super Bowls (including recently Super Bowl XLIII and XL), the 2006 baseball All Star game, and several NCAA basketball tournaments.

I have provided photography services to many major Pittsburgh-area colleges and businesses.

I have experience photographing all types of events, including weddings, sporting events, commercial work, and portraiture.

I have photographed all types of people, including professional athletes, company CEOs, politicians, religious leaders, and famous musicians.

Celebrity Photographs
I have photographed all types of celebrities and musical groups including the Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, Carrie Underwood, Martina McBride, Fleetwood Mac, AC/DC, The Eagles, Buckcherry, Taylor Swift, Keith Urban, Jeff Dunham, and Papa Roach.

Professional Associations
I currently am a member of the following professional photographer organizations: 

       Professional Photographers of America 
     Triangle Photographers Association

I also attend yearly seminars and classes to learn and keep up with current trends in the photography industry. 

Equipment
I use a Nikon D3 professional digital camera with flash. By using a digital camera I am able to produce both color and black and white photos. I can quickly check my camera to ensure that a quality image has been captured.

I also carry a back up camera with me to each event that I photograph. I have several backgrounds and lighting equipment, if the event requires this.
